All you super planners, I need HELP!!!
My daughter is going to Disney World with her band this spring break. Everything is paid ahead except meals. I think they will eat at counter service only places and she really only likes kid foods (burgers, chichen nuggets, etc.). What is a reasonable amount of money to sent to cover 3 meals and snacks during the day? It's been years since I've been to Disney and don't remember the average prices? Thanks in advance for all your help.

average price for meals like that would be no more than 10$ if it includes a drink maybe 12$ if they have to pay for the drink. and it really depends on what snack she picks but I'd say they are any where from 2.50$-6.00$ bottles of water and soda can be 2.50-3.50$ from the snack carts so I'd say maybe 80$ just to be on the safe side if she needs an extra bottle of water or is a snacker?
hope that helps

Maybe you could buy her a pre-paid credit card (you can get them at CVS or Walmart or someplace), just in case of emergency
- along with the cash. Then she'd be good to go!

You can also hit http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/disneydining.cfm for sample menus to see what the pricing is going to be. |
