Aww, thanks! You are so right about me being excited about them coming. Our son and his wife are coming and my parents will be here. They live near by. We have 4 adult kids, 2 live in Virginia, one in Florida and the "baby" lives here in Ohio, but 2 1/2 hours away. He's the one who is coming. I wouldn't be able to go to Virginia for Thanksgiving since I'm the only family my parents have up here. My sister lives in Texas. So, we'll be grateful for those who are here and thankful that the others are healthy and safe even though far away.

Ok, so logically I know from experience that alot can change 2 weeks out from a weather perspective, but really???

I haven't been paying any attention to the weather this time. When we went the first week of December in 2010 the day before we left the 10 day forecast was 70s every day but one. Well, in the 8 days we were there, we wore shorts for 1/2 a day! It broke records for low temps two days in a row at 32 degrees!!!!

We were not prepared. This year, I'm taking a little bit (ok a LOT) of everything, so we'll be prepared.

You can call ME and request another tag if you have time to receive it before your trip. Usually they send two for each person but I just got one for each of us this time. Don't know why. If you don't have enough time to get the extra tags, you can just pick up your bag and take it to the bus yourself. That would be a shame and sort of defeat the whole purpose. Good luck!

Ahhh! It's hard to see those of you still counting down when we are back and our trip is over!!! We had a fabulous Anniversary trip, just 3 nights, but that's better than none! I started a TR for anyone interested, the link is in my siggie.

4 Days to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know, it has been so chilly and cold here in MD...but supposed to warm up a little this weekend, just in time for when we leave Wed. Overall, considering its November, I think the forcast looks pretty great. I kinds of wish the temps were a little higher but you can't have everything. I know that no matter what we will both have a great time!!

Morning! I hear you about the weather, but honestly I hate when it's TOO hot! Then everyone is too cranky to enjoy themselves!! That's why we love going this time if year! On top of that, there's nothing better than walking around Disney listening to Christmas music and seeing all the beautiful decorations!!! Not only that, but on the ride down, we always find radio stations that play 24 hour Christmas music which puts me in an even better mood!! Can't wait! Hope you have a great time!!!

We head out 11/21 (Grand-daughters 12th birthday). Invade my sisters palace in Atlanta for Thanksgiving. Then arrive at ASMu Friday 11/23 for 7 magical days.

So close I can almost taste the smell of gingerbread at Grand Floridian.

Hi everyone - we are leaving today...whoo hoo.....the time has finally come. Can't wait to see the palm trees and warm weather after the crazy N'oreaster we had here in New England this week !!

I believe it is. The website asks you if you are at least 14 days until your trip.
