Buying Park Tickets....Does It Matter When?

Does it make any difference whether or not you book your room with park tickets or get them when you arrive? I know as far as the 45 days out thing it does (I think), but other than that does it matter as far as price, etc.?

Unless you book before a price increase and wind up buying the tickets after a price increase, there's no difference in price if you purchase directly from Disney. You can get a slight discount on multi-day tickets if you purchase separately from an authorized broker like Undercover Tourist or Maple Leaf Tickets.

Some discount offers--like free dining--do require that you purchase a package including park tickets, so that can be a consideration too.
