I ran 6 miles in the cold rain yesterday. Not fun, but I did it.

That puts me at:
207/1800

Have a great Monday!
Wow 6 miles in not great weather, that's AWESOME!

Thanks. If I wasn't training for the marathon in January I think I would have bagged it. A little bit of "fear of failure" goes a long way to getting me off the couch!

My 60 minutes on the elliptical Saturday brings me to 165/1800. I am really pleased that for the first time since I totalled my knee in July 2009 (and after 4 surgeries on it), I did my last two elliptical workouts at resistance "12" or higher.

And when I did the leg press machine with my personal trainer last Wednesday, I pressed 297 pounds! 3 sets of 12 reps. He was very pleased. I was pleasantly surprised that I had no pain or discomfort afterwards.

Sorry for the late entry. I have been "living off the grid" for the last few days.

Please put me down for 2000 minutes again this month. Hopefully............

And I did 70 minuted yesterday & 30 today. Won't get there at this rate, but hopefully will have more time after today.

Newbie here so hopefully I'm doing this right.

Goal - 1200 min

11/4-65 min run
11/5-45 min walk

Total 110 so far and the W&D Half in T minus 5 days!

Wow! That's awesome on the elliptical. And the leg press...amazing! That's a lot of weight without having previous knee issues!

I rode my bike to and from the gym today 15 minutes each way (DH's car is still in the shop...timing chain being replaced any day now! ). I went to a Strong class today for an hour bringing me to:

330/2000
