Nearest Gym When Staying At A Value.....
Previously we stayed at CSR so we had a fitness center on property. Will most likely stay at Pop for our next trip but one adult really wants fitness center access. Seems like I saw a Gold's on the way to the world but wondered if there are any others. Really don't want to have to switch to CSR for this one person and we are trying to keep our group together. Ideas?

Here's a great new DIS Blog on the exact subject. http://www.disunplugged.com/2012/11/...tness-centers/
Some people just don't get or understand weight training vs cardio. We are staying at POP and plan to visit AKL fitness center on AK day and Contemporary's on a MK day. I believe it's $12 for people staying at other WDW resorts. |

You can use CSR fitness center while staying at another resort. There is a daily fee.

SSR has the best fitness center on property. Not sure of what the fee would be if not staying there...

If that person doesn't have a car, getting from resort to resort is time consuming having to take park bus from Pop then transfer to a resort bus. But yes, you can use any gym on property for a fee, whichever is most convenient.
Another suggestion may be to pack resistance bands
