Dinner for two credits you would get lobster at fultons. Good steak at the wave for one credit. All three for counter service you get good meals at wolf gang pucks at DTD.
You will get lots of options and opinions the tough part will be choosing which ones to pick.

Don't do the DDP

but my choices would be:

Breakfast-character-1900 Park Fare
non character-Olivia's
Lunch-50's Prime Time or Chefs de France (LeCellier is going to two credits)
Dinner-Captains Grille, Citricos, Mama melrose

You have to decide whether you want 'more bang for your buck' on using credits. Most Signatures are two credits for dinner. Most character meals are one credit and they are filling although the food is average. There are still a lot of one credit meals that are great.

Steak-my patio!
