Please read if you know Singledad
I know that Singledad was a regular on this thread though he had not been on here for a couple of months. I am sad to announce that he passed away the morning of October 7th from Cancer. Please pray for his little girl at this time. TIA

I had NO idea  My thoughts go out to his family and friends, but especially to his daughter.  I had the pleasure of meeting him for a brief moment on my last trip...he seemed like a really great guy. He will be missed

So sad. Thank you for posting. I never met Scott and his daughter but we played a lot of telephone tag trying to meet up in May of 2011. My prayers go out to his daughter.

Very sorry to hear this. I met him as he and his daughter were right behind me in line at the 2011 Dole Whip meet. It seemed though that he couldn't find where we were gathering, because I didn't see him after that. Unfortunate.

oh my gosh. I am just seeing this too! I tried to meet up with him as well in 2011 and it just never worked out. I'm so sorry to hear about this. How heartbreaking.

I had the honor of meeting up with him in 2011 while both at Disney World. He even invited me and my son to join them for their Chef Mickey's breakfast. We became fast friends and talked often even meeting up in RL while he visited with his father that doesn't live to far from me. I was very happy spend a couple of hours with him at Six Flags and have dinner with him a couple of months before he died. Unfortunalty I lost my brother as plmost 6 months previously and he helped me get through that. When he passed it felt as if I lost another brother.
Strange story. About an hour after I wrote the OP I recieved a text message from his phone. It freaked me out. It was actually his mother letting me know of his passing. I have also seen a couple of posts about his daughter in the last couple of months. It looks like she is staying with her grandfather and is doing good.
