Free parking for room only?
I'm booking a room only ressie at POR Will I still be able to get free parking At the parks and also charge to my room?

Of course! Those are perks for staying the resort, and it doesn't matter how much else you add on to it.

Everyone staying at WDW resorts get the same benefits. Package, room only, DVC points.

Absolutely! Otherwise, any annual or seasonal passholders staying onsite couldn't do those things because we're not buying tickets every time.
