Katsura Udon Recipe?

Help me out here folks? I had the Beef Udon at the Katsura Grill in the Japanese pavilion and I've been craving it ever since. Anyone have a close recipe?

This was the recipe for a similar dish at that quick serve before it refurbed and became Katsura Grill. I've had the dish you're talking about, twice actually, and it tasted almost exactly the same. Super, super good.

Thanks! I've actually had sukiyaki before (my dad used to live in Japan, so we eat it a lot in the winter) and you're right, the flavor is similar. I might fiddle with this recipe a bit to see if I can make it work.
