I want to call just to hear the CMs!

The CMs when I call WDW, they are so friendly!
Maybe I am way too used to bad services, but when I called yesterday to join my flight info to my hotel reservation, the CM was so joyful, it made me want to go even more.

I know, marketing, but consumer service can make such a difference. I didn't feel like I was annoying her, and my toddler kept shouting behind, and when she heard that, she noticed that I hadn't put a crib request on my reservation, so she asked me if I wanted to add one.

It was just funny how she could not prononce my french name (Marie-Lyne) and asked me if she could just call me Mary instead.

I enjoy speaking with them, too! Their customer service is top-notch, and I always feel good after I've spoken with them (even when they tell me for the umpteenth time that No, I do not have a PIN code associated with my name).

Me too! I've never had a bad experience talking with a CM. They're always so helpful and friendly. Disney really has THE best customer service!

Once I get to a CM on the phone it's always great, but that phone tree of automated never ending questions ('now, what can I help you with? Say or press one for....you want dinning reservations, right?....) is sheer agony. If you just don't answer the lady, after several "I'm sorry, I didn't understand, let's try again..." you'll get a human and don't get me going on my August cell phone call in the wee hours of the morning while camping being on hold w/ Disney music for 2 hrs.+ in my unsuccessful bid to get BOG ADRs - there should be a law against the It's a small world theme being part of the music mix - just sayin.' But yes, once I get to a human it's great, even when all the ADRs are gone.
