1900 park fare info needed
we are a party of 12 10 people want to go to park fare for breakfast.?
back story ...we went for dinner in 2010 i hated it. roast beef was so rare i swear it moo'ed at me from the table. the waitress earned over 60 bucks from our table and we got one drink-no refills and she left our special order birthday cake in the middle of the table while we were all up at the buffet. for me it was not a good experience. so my questions are what kids of breakfast foods do they have honey lost almost 70 pounds and when we ate at ohana there was very little he could est. if we compare ohana for breakfast vs 1900 park fare how would it rate. if my fzmily goes to 1900 park fare where could we go instead

1900 Park Fare is not one of my favorites, but they have all of the basics on the breakfast buffet - eggs, potatoes (which are actually pretty good, at least they were last time we werer there), fruit, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, etc. The strawberry soup which everyone seems to love doesn't impress me - to me, it tastes like melted strawberry ice cream that is chilled.
Ohana is one of our favorites, but naturally does not have the variety of items available since it isn't a buffet. I actually think the quality overall is better at Ohana, but if variety is important then you might want to consider something with more options. If most of your party is headed to 1900PF, and you don't want to go, then you could either have breakfast at the Grand Floridian Cafe (same resort lobby) or at the Polynesian (at Kona if you don't like/want Ohana) or at the Wave at the Contemporary (I don't recommend Chef Mickey's to anyone lol). If you're heading to MK that day, you could also try Crystal Palace - which is very good for breakfast and is a buffet too. |

1900 is our favorite breakfast. We love the strawberry soup, lobster eggs Benedict, sticky buns (best I've ever had), bread pudding with vanilla sauce, cheesy scrambled eggs, and omelets made to order. Oh, and the POG juice. We've always found it to be fresh and good quality for a character buffet. They have all the basics with several things unique to them. Plus, the chef made special egg free Mickey waffles for my 3 year old nephew with an egg allergy. I also loooove the Mad Hatter. Alice is usually fun too. And Mary Poppins. Lol

We just ate there in September. It was the best breakfast we did! In fact, we loved it so much that DH and I are going back on our adults only trip in December!
