My kids and I just ate at 50's PTC this past Sunday for the 1st time. We all loved it! We went to HS again on our last day of our vacation (Wed). The kids wanted to eat there again but we didn't since we still had some CS meal credits left on our dining plan and no table service meal credits We're planning on returning on our next trip to WDW.

It took me three visits to fall in love with this place. We had lunch there on Tuesday or Wednesday it was probably my favorite Disney restaurant meal this week. Fried chicken...yum!!!

It is one of our favorites and a must-do on every trip. I will never forget our server Mark the first time we went. He airplaned food to our very shy mom across the room, it was great. The sample platter is the best, a little bit of everything:
A Sampling of Mom’s Favorite Recipes
Crispy-fried Chicken, Fork Tender Pot Roast, and Traditional Meatloaf with
all the fixings 20.99

And don't forget the Mega-Berry Smoothie which is covered with the dining plan. I can't wait now! My mouth is watering - 4 months to go.

We've been going every year since 1999, and every single time we ask for Uncle Mark. He knows and recognizes us even tho we go once a year! He is a hoot! Best fried chicken ever here.

If youre referring to the fried cheese item, reports are it's back, and the same as it used to be.

Our family LOVES 50's Prime Time! We go every time we go Disney. We try to go twice a year. Sarah is always our waitress, she is so much fun. The fried chicken is wonderful, I can't wait to have it in December. We fell in love with it the first time we went too.

We went on our first trip in 2000, and have been back about 6 or 7 times since then. Only once were we disappointed with a lackluster waitress. We were back last summer with our now adult children and a couple of guests. I was wondering if the antics would be as good without kids at the table, and actually they were even funnier! Our waiter totally had us in stitches!

The fried cheese is back and it is delicious!!! I am going to try to make this again at home. The entire meal and the atmosphere was great but I would go back for the cheese alone

We were there in August after a two-year hiatus, and this one is definitely back on the list. I love the decor -- feels like my in-laws' basement!

Uncle Mark had the station next to us. Our server was fantastic, and we had the added enjoyment of watching him too.

The best part was seeing them "try" to interact with a desultory teenager at a nearby table who just didn't want to play. In the end, they won even him over.

We had a fantastic time.

Oh yeah, and the food was really good too!
