I need a translator!

I love all these boards! I have spent countless hours looking through and getting great ideas! However I am sooo confused! What is DH? There are a lot of initials used and I can "get" some but others elude me! Can anyone give me a quick rundown on the lingo so I'm not so lost?!

Well DH stands for "Dear Husband" I believe. DW: Dear Wife; DS: Dear Son; DD: Dear Daughter

That works, but here, many times it's "Disney" instead of Husband, wife, son, daughter etc etc

Welcome to the DIS! Be sure to read the list of acronyms posted upthread. It'll take you no time to catch on. Some shortcuts are common internet abbreviations and others are specific to Disney.
