Can't help you on that one. I know the renewal window usually begins 30 days before the current pass expires so it may be the same here. Hopefully Cheshire Figment will see this and know for certain.
Also, I talked to MS yesterday and was told if I purchased the PAPs, there is no "voucher" sent to members. The transaction is recorded and held in "will call" until the member wants to activate the PAP. I could understand that, if I were going to active the PAP in the near future, but most of what I want to purchase will not be activated until LATE in 2013.
Is this correct??? No "hard copy" voucher? Guess it is hard for me to pay
2-3K and have nothing to hold on to!

They will give you a confirmation number. Wise to jot that down somewhere that it won't be lost. But the information should be stored in Disney's computers indefinitely, until the passes are activated.
Vouchers are just one more thing to keep track of / misplace / lose.
