Does anyone know the actual pay structure for the PI's? Specifically the management ones? I have heard such contrasting amounts and was hoping someone might know. Thanks!

It really, really varies depending on the role. Engineers get paid the most, usually. MIs are salaried, PIs are hourly.

As far as I know, payment varies or depends upon the transaction.
