Any tips on how to navigate the EPCOT Food & Wine festival with food allergies? We have Peanut & Tree Nut allergic in our group. Thanks!!!!!

Ask at the Festival Center about ingredient lists.

Keep in mind that the booths cannot prepare special items. Sauces/garnishes or anything that is added during plating can be left off, but check regarding cross-contamination.

If you book a special event in a restaurant, note the allergy when you book. They may be able to provide substitutions.

Special preparations cannot be made for the culinary demonstrations at the Festival Center.

Having been there, my advice is to skip it! Or at leat skip the tastings.

We checked in at festival center and they told us to ask for a chef at each booth... After waiting half an hour at each of the first few booths, we gave up... It was torture! And just not worth it! Especially since the chefs we did encounter did not have English as their first language and did not understand the concern...
