Those are great reasons.

I can't get into my email. For some reason, all of a sudden, it's asking for my password. When I type it in, nothing happens.

That's frustrating. Is it web-based email or something like Outlook on your computer? I have no ideas, but I do hope it clears itself up soon!

Stop. Hands off of the keyboard. Save your work. Close all windows and programs that you're using. Scan your PC for a virus or malware. PM me if you need some free tools.

If your PC is clean, go grab your favorite evening beverage, take a few deep breaths. Clear your browser cache and try again.
