I know exactly what you mean. I never had a smartphone up until about a year ago just because that data plan every month was just too salty. I have to admit that I'm glad we finally broke down and upgraded though. With all the apps and everything else at your fingertips, it is great to have it right there whenever you're looking for something to do to kill a couple of minutes.

There are a lot of practical reasons that they're good too.

Well... apparently the issue was caused by the wireless at work. The ad thing does not happen on my home wireless.

Been through it before, and I agree with other posters, talk and find out the root of the problems, although I think illness will be a factor. A good rest might do the trick. Sleep late, some pool before hitting a park perhaps? Wish I could be more help.
