Birthday girl dinner!

Hi!
I think we will be at Disney for my 4 year olds birthday. She loves Minnie and the princesses but is a quiet kid and might be scared of the characters (first trip!) suggestions on where we can eat to make this the best birthday ever?!
Loves quesadillas, hot dogs, pasta and cheese pizza- fussy eater!
Anytime of day works fine, it will be our first or second day at Disney and her first time in MK. Thanks!

If you weren't worried about the character aspect, I'd suggest Cinderella's Royal Table. Dining in the castle is pretty neat, and they have a kid-friendly menu. How tied are you to dining at MK? At the Polynesian resort, they have the Spirit of Aloha dinner show/luau that could be really fun. The resort is accessible by monorail from MK.

If she loves the Princesses, I would do Cinderella's Royal Table. I would think that actually eating in the Castle would be a 4 year old birthday dream (I know my DD (6) has always loved eating there). The Princesses are all face characters, so I don't think they would be very scary. If she is a little shy, they are really good with dealing with that. Last time we were there, I know cheese pizza was on the kid's menu.
