IOA/WWoHP and 3 kids

We are planning a day at IOA during our upcoming trip to disney 12/8-12/16. My kids are DS9 (HUGE HP fan!), DD7 (also HP fan but ride chicken) and DS4. All 3 kids can ride the Flight of the Hippogriff, DS9 and I will ride HP and Forbidden Journey, and probably nobody will do Dragon Challenge. It doesn't seem like that many rides/attractions for my 4 year old and daughter who does not like scary/thrill rides at all. I know it will be cool to see Hogsmeade etc but I'm just wondering if there is anything else for my family to do in IOA. Seussland? I really want to go because I can't imagine being right there by WWoHP (from NY) and not taking my 9 year old who LOVES HP to see it. Also, how long should we plan on spending at IOA, not being a "thrill ride" family? Any US veterans that can offer any suggestions/advice, I would welcome it all! Thanks so much!! :-)
