OP, please give us an update. I have been reading this thread and I am so sorry about the rotten situation that is going on. I feel bad but from your posts you seem to be a very strong person. Keep strong, keep your head up and think of that precious new life that will come soon.

Perhaps the lawyer told her not to post anything on message boards. Is it possible some other lawyer could get ahold of this thread and use it against her? I don't know law but it seems possible.

Maybe she's just overwhelmed right now, I wish she had her parents with her, she doesn't seem to talk about any good friends either, at least that she has told the news to. She needs some serious support about now

Even if her husband does know about the boards and about her posting this thread, I don't think it would be an issue in a divorce. If *she* were the one having an affair or doing something illegal and then posting about it, that's a different matter. As a part of discovery, they will likely both have to present pictures, emails, texts, of anything that would and would matter to this case.
I hope that she does update soon or at the very least, that she PMs some people who have posted on this thread so we will know she's ok.

OP, we'd all like to hear how you're doing.
I personally suspect that her absence may be because she's trying to make a go of it with her husband, trying to work things out and regain some of what they once had; whereas so many of you have painted him as an absolute villain -- scum of the earth, no hope of redemption, ever. Or, maybe she's actually having the baby. I hope not because an early baby would only add to the weight on her shoulders. |

I just noticed that this thread was started on 9/27 yet the OP profile has a joined date of 9/9.
In the original post she says she JUST found out her H was having an affair the day before the first post....? Also said she didn't want this thread linked to her real Dis name...? I hope we all weren't duped with a fake thread. Or, maybe I am, as it would mean some poor woman isn't really going through this. I guess I'm wondering why her account was started 18 days before her original post.
