Crowd Level for Fantasyland Opening Weekend? - The DIS Discussion Forums

We will be in Disney 11/30-12/8. We are going to avoid MK during the taping of the Christmas Parade. My question is how much will crowd levels go up on opening weekend of Fantasyland? We were thinking of going on Wednesday and then again on Friday. Trying to avoid Thursday and Saturday. Any thoughts?

Same days here.

I'm not sure if it will add that much to the crowd levels. There are the AP previews in early November. My guess is that the FLE will soft open prior to the official opening day of 12/6. Have people booked vacations just for that week, not according to touringplans.

I think we'll be just fine. Going to MVMCP opening day, it will be interesting to see if FLE is mobbed and the rest of the park no so much.

EasyWDW's crowd calendar doesn't seem to think it will be bad.

I went to Cars Land opening week at DL this year in June and it wasn't too bad. The wait for Radiator Springs Racers was over 2 hours. The crowds themselves, I didn't think were bad at all. I doubt that Fantasyland is going to be as bad as Cars Land was. So, I'm sure it will be okay.
