Pen Pal Letter/Twist-Sent/Received-November-Completed! - The DIS Discussion Forums

Names, and info. had been pmed out. This time around, I am going to do this a bit different. I am asking that for the month of November, for each participant to send me a pm to ask for the topic, and twist. This will let me know if people are checking in to this thread....

Reminders-
*Check in weekly. From Monday-Friday. If you will be away during the exchange period, please let me know of your dates.
*Postage-please be sure that you have the correct postage on your letter/twist before mailing them out.
*Post as soon as you send out your letter/twist, and as soon as you receive them. This way I can keep track of the mailings, and will be able to see if things were sent out on time, if there was a delay....

Instead of sending out each months topic, and twist on the first of each month, I like to give participants more time to get things out, and since it is the holidays, I will speed things up a bit. You do have till the second Sunday of each month to send out your letter/twist, but the sooner it goes out the better because of the holiday mail rush, if possible.

You may send out your November letter/twist anytime from now till November 11th. Yes lots of time to get those letters, and twists out ON TIME!

Here is something I had posted on the previous months thread, as a reminder to all participants. And since we do have new participants for this round, I wanted to post it here as well just since this is a privacy issue for all.

Please remember not to post any personal information on the thread since this does becomes general information to everyone who is able to access the boards. Ex. dates of travel, last names of participants....

Yes. The topic that was given to you is part of what you will write/tell to your pen pal. And you will include the twist to be mailed off to your pen pal.

Reminder, you MUST check in each week to this thread remain in the exchange. This will let your pen pal know that you are still around, I will be able to check your name off the list for checking in for the week, and please scan the posts since your pen pal, or I might have a question, or information... posted here. Sometimes, instead of pming info., I post it here on this thread to see if everyone is checking the thread, and following the rules. -(because of past exchanges/situations....I had to think of some new ways to see if exchanges are around, and following through to make it fair for everyone participating). Check ins are from Monday-Friday.
