Disney Cruise Website Errors

Is it just me or is the website not working for other people too. I'm trying to book Onboard Activities and it keeps giving a "Fatal Error" , "no saildate from seaweb response". This has been going on for two days! Help!

This has been happening on and off for almost a week.

I know the TA sight is having work done until tomorrow, maybe it's affecting their regular site as well?

I believe that is incorrect... TA site has scheduled maintenance for Oct 8-9, it's working fine now.

It has that issue regularly it seems.

Dummy cruises

When they first made changes to the website, I found that if I attempted to change one of my reservations to a different itinerary, it appeared to price with the 10% discount (and, I presumed, the new OBC levels). I didn't have any I needed to change then, so I didn't finalize any changes I messed with.

Now, I have an existing reservation. The pricing on the 11C has dropped if I initiate a booking as a fresh reservation. I tried modifying a dummy reservation I had to see if it would reflect the 10% discount on the new price and it's not working. Has anyone tried changing an OBC reservation lately? I understand it falls under the new $100/$200 guidelines, but I thought it could still be changed.

I got this error consistently when I tried to log in to my ressies directly on the DCL site. But if I used the Log In link in the email Disney sent regarding my upcoming cruise, it worked! If I tried switching from there to my linked ressie (under my husband's name for the second room), fatal error again. I had him forward me his email confirmation and I used the link from there to access that ressie.
It's a workaround, but maybe that will help anyone still experiencing problems
