Question Help Me Out?

Hi guys,
I am taking my 8 year old brother to WDW in January for his birthday, and I am wondering about any tips, awesome photo spots, anything to make the trip even more magical. This is his 3rd time (first one he'll remember) and my 7th or 8th, but this time we're doing Disney alone with no parents (woo!)

We are celebrating his birthday at the Magic Kingdom and all I know so far is to get one of the birthday pins.

Lastly, I'm on a bit of a tight budget, as i'm a 19 year old.

I hope you guys have a great time. It's very sweet for you to do this for your brother.

Everywhere is a photo-op spot at WDW, in front of restaurants, rides, fountains....some people take pictures of different lamps and trashcans.... Take as many pictures as you can, I am sure it will be a memorable trip.

What a good sister !!

Very nice of you to bring your brother to WDW. An idea for fund raising would be to ask for Disney gift cards for every occasion between now and then. Also use your Disney Visa for EVERYTHING that you would normally buy (then pay the balance with your cash)and get Dream Reward points to spend at the park. If you can set money aside like this before you go it will seem easier at the time. Maybe you could pick up some Disney logo merchandise (at reduced prices) to set aside for him as gifts that he could wear or use in the park. Maybe a t-shirt, some glow sticks, a mug, etc. Best off luck with your plans , you will do just fine , but it never hurts to have a little PixieDust.

If you're staying onsite, the wake up call drives kids crazy. They love it. I know it's a well known tip but it's really a fun thing for kids, just wish they would bring Mickey back because stitch is just annoying.
