Help- is this recipe gluten free?
I know a little about gluten free diets- but is this ok?
powdered sugar cocoa cream cheese butter

It should be.
But you would need to check each ingredient label for each item that has more than 1 thing in it. The butter is. Cream Cheese should be (just double check) Cocoa should be. (just double check) Powdered sugar is. I have never seen cream cheese or cocoa with gluten in it but I still check when I bring it into my house. I have all of those items in my house and we are a gluten free household.

I won't keep you in suspense-it's fudge in a bag for my Girl Scout troop. You squish it up in the bag to mix it. No one is gluten free, but we are talking about different kinds of diets.
I have Hershey cocoa and I will check the powdered sugar.
