No. The child's meal will be the child's meal. They won't make it bigger because it's an adult credit.

There are usually pretty bland/simple food items available at each restaurant. if your kid can't find something to eat even then, not sure what your options might be. talk to your server i guess.

I have a picky eater also. Twice this last trip they gave my son an adult portion of the child's chicken nuggets. The sad thing, he doesn't like the childs, he likes that adult nuggets you get in the parks. My Mom even wanted a hot dog at 50's which is only on the childs menu, she ended up with two so it was an adult portion. Hope that makes sense. It will just depend on where you eat.

My sister is exactly like that. She is 12 going on 13 and an incredibly picky eater. At the CS there was almost always something she would eat from the adult meal (the kids hockey pucks, err chicken nuggets are not that appealing so I am sure they would prefer the adult ones anyways). At the TS some will offer a junior meal if you ask. We mostly did buffets but at the Plaza they made her a Double Decker Grilled Cheese (GC was on the kids menu) and at Sci-Fi they gave her extra fries with her chicken nuggets. I would have to say we were REALLY worried about her eating but aside from a couple of meals Disney was SO accomodating!
