Purchasing Alcohol is St. Thomas
If you purchase alcohol is St. Thomas can you have it delivered to the ship or do you have to carry it on yourself?
Thanks |

I have always carried it on myself. I have never heard of anyone having delivered to the ship.

DCL doesn't accept deliveries to the ship, you will need to carry it on yourself.

DCL as stated does not allow ship board delivery. Other lines do. By the way you will get extra help from the CM's when you board with your box(s). They want to help you start the party right now. Unlike DCL, you can open a bottle ans start enjoying it.

I am going to hijack the tread in hopes that someone has the answer.
Can my husband go into port and bring back cases of beer to "refill" his inital stash? Water too? On the dream he had enough beer to last him the 4 days so we did not need to get any in the Bahamas. I was concerned they would hold it until we were done with the cruise, which would be of no use since we need to fly home. Thanks. |

We have carried liquor back from port on most of our 9 cruises and we never had "extra help". No hassles either but it's just treated like any other item going through the x-ray.Quote:

First time cruiser so you can carry on alcohol and beverages on the boat? My travel agent told me it wasn't allowed.

![]() Apparently your travel agent is not a Disney specialist (and not even very informed about Disney's policies).
