Castaway Cay shipwreck

Is the shipwreck (I can't remember the name of the ship, I know it isn't the Black Pearl) still on the island? I don't see it in any of the more recent photos. We are bringing another family who has never been on a cruise before and I told them about it but now I don't see it.

It was the Flying Dutchman and it has been gone for years. Since it was a movie prop, it was not intended to be in the salt water that long and deteriorated.

The ship is gone. I remember it being there at Castaway in 99 but on my trip last December it was no longer there.

No, it was dismantled in 2010. It was only designed as a movie prop, and the sea and wind finally caused too much damage to it.

Do you mean 09? Because the movies didn't even come out until 2006 and 2007.

We were there October 2010, it was removed shortly after that as it was rusting away
