Time is money. If I can shop less, it is worth it to me. We both work full time and we value what little free time we have. There are some things that are great deals, and BJS lets you stack coupons on top of their coupons. So we both save money and time. Both of which are important to us. In order to save money at a warehouse club, you have to shop smart and stick to your list.

Been a Costco member since 1985
I go every week:
vitamins and a lot of supplements
chips for DD
bell peppers.....every week for DS
cucumbers ....every week for DS..........I find because of the turnover, their fruits and vegetables are much fresher
dish soap.........both liquid and for the dishwasher
I'm sure there is a lot more
Love their hot dogs at the counter and the chicken bake
and whenever Popcornopolis and caramel apple people are there, we buy.
Also buy computer paper
They are great about returns.

I currently do BJ's. You can great deals if you can match one of their coupons with a Manu coupon. Crest toothpaste is individual in the box f I've. You cn use multiple Manu coupons and a BJ's for a great deal.
I have debated joint Costco instead when my BJ's runs out but we will see.
