You can register as a passholder now. You cannot register for the preview until October 8. Says so somewhere in the text.

We leave Disney the 3rd of Nov and just checked, an additional whole lotta money to change the flights and add a day......not really worth it

I will be there the 8th through the 12th! One of my friends in Orlando and I are going to go since the people I am going with don't have APs! Hopefully we can get the dates she can go!
