I just made a cake from a box, but that doesn't count as baking. We don't normally have dessert in the house so I'm looking forward to a piece tonight. I did make an apple dish a few weeks ago. I have to be in the mood for baking. It's not something I enjoy doing all the time. Since it's fresh apple season, I do feel like making an apple pie and apple crisp soon. Oooh and I like pumpkin bread. I should make that too.

I love baking and cooking regular meals. We have a place called Apple Hill, I am looking forward to getting fresh apples and the sweet pumpkin's to make fresh pies. Maybe in two weeks I can go. But save me a piece of cake, I have been craving one. Oh and pumpkin bread Yummy!!

I cook a meal almost every night too, but that doesn't mean I enjoy it. I like to make pumpkin pie too. I love pumpkin whoopie pies. I should force myself to make them.

Well if you can't find them in the bakery, Oprah featured the place around here on her show once. wickedwhoopies.com click 'buy wicked whoopies' and then you can see all the yummy flavors on the left. Then you can at least see some of them. Of course that does not compare to actually eating them. My local grocery store sells them. Mmmmm Oatmeal is really good. Way better than it sounds. Now I want one.
