We are headed to Disney in November but we do Disney a little differently than most. We will be towing our travel trailer to Fort Wilderness for a week. I am trying to plan some of our meals. Does anyone know if you can prepare a casserole with Velveeta in it and then freeze it to be reheated later?

I have two recipes that are family favorites, one is a bacon cheeseburger roll and the other is a broccoli cheddar soup. Both call for velveeta but I've never tried to freeze them.

I tried to ask this on the camping board but no one seemed to know.
