I ate at Frank Pepe's and Sally's last summer; nothing compares in WDW. If you want to try some good Chicago Pie, Giordano's is off property but very close.

The post is great! Should be a vote to see who's neighborhood's pizza can't be beat, and to tell you the truth I'm taking notes because I travel. Thanks!!!
![]() In the mean time, for those in DW too far to get it delivered from home, to me seems like Via Napoli is the best. |

My girlfriend and I enjoyed the pizza at the Mara. They call it flat bread but it's all the same to me

The only pizza that is worth it at WDW is Via Napoli (I really love thier pizza) and the flat bread at a few of the signature places. Otherwise, it is terrible. I love WDW, but I think they have some of the worst pizza on the planet.

Does Via Napoli have a pizza window? Or is it strictly a table service restaurant? Thanks

No, not really. There is a pizza window NEAR Via Napoli, but it is only open during peak attendance times and it serves totally different pizza. It's more like Sicilian than Neapolitan style. (I actually suspect I would prefer the pizza window's slices, but I've never caught it open.)

I vote for Giordono's also, it is a must do on our trips now, and the price is very reasonable

I too grew up in Milford and Pepe's was a weekly ritual. We still go quite often, but find ourselves at the branch in Manchester more often these days. As stated, there is nothing in WDW like it, but that's OK, as there are few places in the entirety of the United States that can match New Haven for pizza. That said, I have eaten the apizza at Via Napoli several times and have enjoyed it. It is good enough to keep a Connecticut pizza snob satisfied while in Florida. It won't compare to what you are used to, and they don't make a White Clam. But it will fill the bill when a pie is needed. |

Another Pepe's fan here....I crave that stuff. But, if you feel you need to eat a pie in WDW I'd go with Via Napoli as others have said. Really it's the only thing that's going to get remotely close.

The best pizza at WDW is found in the 'grocery stores' at the DVC resorts, they are labled 'Red Baron'
![]() Seriously, I've yet to find a pizza that I would actually call good, and a few I would call disgusting..
