I just checked, the latest they get into port is Nassau - 10:15 am, so I'm figuring that there's no brunch on these cruises either.

Well, poo! Guess I'll need to really try for dinner.
When the stuff opens up online for new cruisers, will it tell me which MDR seating I have so I can schedule around that?

You won't know your dining assignment until you check in at the port.

Argh!LOL Guess any night we can get in will have to work. Do they only have late and early seating at Palo as well or do they do in between MDR seatings, earlier, later?

I believe the reservations at Palo are in 1/2 hour (maybe 15 minute) increments. As in 6:15, 6:30, 6:45, etc. When you try to book, you will be offered a selection of available times and you pick one. They don't do mass seating times in Palo. It's an individual service. I'm not sure how early/late they start/finish, but my best guest is first ressie is 6:00 and last one is at 9:30. Someone will correct me, because I'm sure I'm not right about this.

Palo dinner reservations start at 6:00 and run thru 8:30 with seatings offered on the hour and half hour.

Too true, too true Brunch is one of our favorite meals on the ship. We like Palo Brunch even more than dinner.
