SSR has two zero entry pools both with slides and a food court where as OKW all the pools are around 3' deep at the most shallow points (except the kiddies splash pool which is only about 6" deep - think paddling pool) and it only has a QS counter with no indoor seating.

the OKW studio has two queen beds, i think that the SSR studio has one queen bed and one sofabed..
if you're thinking of a 2 bedroom - at OKW, i believe the second bedroom is guaranteed to have two queen beds, while this isn't true at SSR....

We've never stayed at SSR, so I can't really comment on that, but we love OKW. When my DDs were little they used to play hide and seek in the 2 bedroom villas because they are so big. We've stayed at OKW for 90% of the trips that we've made to WDW and our girls have loved staying there over the years. The lack of a food court has never bothered us, but everyone is different. The QS counter is more than adequate for us and if we don't feel like eating outdoors we just take the food back to our villa.
