Resort and bed size...

Normally we choose rooms with a King bed and
Use a cot or sleeper sofa for our DC.( while still young enough at five)
If we move to an on-site resort which I would lean towards for next trip I know queen might be the largest bed I can guarantee. I noticed that some of the moderate resorts describe the room with two double beds. That is way too small for us. I think port Orleans showed only queen. Are there certain didn't hotels that only have queen or only have double? I know I could pay much more and get a suite but it's only three of us seems not worth the money.

From what I understand, All of the moderates have replaced the doubles with queens except CBR.

I know the Beach Club has King beds. We were just there and had one. I am sure, like every hotel, you can request it but won't guarrantee it. We don't do smaller than a queen.

AFAIK, most king rooms have a room occupancy limit of 2 at the mods.

All of the mods except CBR now have 2 queen beds or a king bed.

The deluxe standard rooms have some king beds with a day bed, but I believe that is only a request, and not a guarantee.

Values resort room all have 2 double beds. AoA family suites have a queen bed in the bedroom

There are some value resort rooms with kings. Max occupancy 2 plus one under 3.

DVC 1 bedrooms and larger all have a king in the master and a queen sleeper sofa, plus some also have a sleeper chair. The exception is Tree House Villas (SSR), they have a queen in the master.
