We went on the Magic in 2010 the week after Thanksgiving. The ship was all decked out for Christmas, as was CC.

Last year DCL announced in Oct that the ships would be decorated for the holidays starting on Nov 19th.

Have you ever been to WDW at Christmas? Put that on steroids and you have an idea of what they do on the ship. It will be fully decorated before Thanksgiving.
