I just booked this this morning!
I was planning on booking a few weeks ago but the DCl decided to change the Itinerary. ![]() I was waiting to find out the kids school schedule. My kids love the fact that we will have 4 sea days now! Not sure how they will feel about WDW. We just got back from a week trip to WDW and they said we did not need to go back. Probably hit Epcot for the day since it is their favorite park. Maybe pop over to MK for a bit. We are repeat cruisers Me- (Christi-) This will be my 6th DCl cruise. I went on EBTA in 2011 by myself and I am going on the DCl pixar cruise with my mom on 9/30 DH-( Erik) his 4th DS (Matt 14) 4th DD (Marina 12) 4th Looking forward to getting to know everyone. |

My mom had a great time! My mom booked on board for this cruise. She booked my sisters and their families cabins, too. |

Just booked our FIRST Disney cruise - SO excited! I would love to see a fish extender list started. I've seen it mentioned in several places, and know a bit about it, but would you mind explaining in detail how it works? I have seen them on Etsy. We're bringing our two granddaughters (14 and 7) and are looking forward to getting together with other cruisers. |

Welcome Nanato2!
![]() FE are arranged by disboard meets or other groups. Disney is not involved. Basically, you would deliver a small gift to each cabin that is signed up. It is up to you whether you are doing per person, 1 per cabin, etc. Over the course of the cruise you would deliver your gifts to the others in your group. On my last few cruises, I have just used small canvas bags as my FE bag. It works great. No need to spend a ton of money. I have even seen people use gift bags. In order to get one started, someone needs to volunteer to organize it. I will ask my husband. I am sure he will do it. We will need to set a cut off date for signing up. It is usually 4-6 weeks or so before the cruise. That will give people enough time to make something ( if they are gong that route) From past experience, I would recommend that if a group gets over 25 cabins, we split into 2 groups. Christi |

It would be awesome if your husband would volunteer to organize the FE list! This is our very first cruise and I don't want my girls to miss a thing. They would be so excited to participate in a FE exchange! Hopefully we will get good participation. I'll keep checking back for more posts from you. Does the FE group ever get together onboard to meet? Debbie |

Debbie,
Most of the Dis meet and greet before the life boat drill. I would recommend 3pm in the Promende Lounge. It is a great way to faces together. Also, the kids can meet a few friends before they go into the clubs. All are welcome whether you are doing FE or not. My daughter is looking forward to doing FE. I received a great one on the cruise I took in Sept. She wants to make the same thing. Your granddaughters are going to have a terrific time. My son, Matt, is 14. He will be going into the Edge. My daughter,Marina, is 12. She can't want to go into the Edge. She loved the Lab but she finally old enough to move up and is looking forward to something new. Christi |
