QUICK: Cooking Turkey Tenderloins

I have two 3/4lb (each) turkey tenderloins to cook for dinner tonight.

How and how long do I cook them and keep them moist?

Did you marinate them? Sear them in a pan on all sides- throw into a HOT oven I would do 400 for about 20 minutes. Check after that to see that the juices run clear and you should be good. mmm

Turkey tendorloins are very lean, be careful or they will dry out to dust.

My way is:season with your favs,take foil and place one loin in it make it like a pouch.Add some water(how much depends on how thick the cut is)about 1/4" up the side of the loin.Seal the foil leaving alot of room on top that way it will steam inside.Heat oven to 350 cook for 45min.Check it with a meat thermometer to internal temp of 165.

Pour a few tablespoons of oil in a roasting pan, throw in a chopped onion, then the turkey tenderloin on top (salt, pepper, garlic, poultry seasoning and paprika on it). Cover pan tightly with foil, roast at 325 for 90 minutes or so until done. These will be moist and tender.

I've been known to change it up and add other things into the pan...chopped apple or lemon (rind included). Any root veggies can be cooked in the same pan at the same time: potatoes (sweet or white) parsnips, carrots, etc etc.
