3-4 weeks before embarkation is typical...I'd expect them any day now. IF you used a TA, they would specify whether to send documents to you or to them....they could be sitting on an agent's desk! Many agents have DCL send them directly to you.

We typically get our about 2 weeks before sailing. Sometimes we get them a month ahead of time, which a lot of people post as their norm. But for us it is rare to get them that early. Do you have a TA? The docs will most likely be sent to them so that might delay it a little bit too.

So glad OP posted this link. My last few cruises have been with Carnival and they do not send docs. You print everything, even your luggage tags. Now I have something else to look forward to. Thank you. My TA is one of the pastors at my church so it will be real easy to get those from her

We are also sailing on October 20 and received our documents a little over a week ago. Are you using a Travel Agent? If so, check with them. If not, I would check with Disney. We have a thread over on the Group Meet board and I think just about everybody has received their documents by now.

Now I'm freaking out a bit! OK more than a bit. We originally had 3 people travelling and a room assignment. Then we added a fourth and room assignment disappeared. Now no cruise documents! Checked with our ta and she said they will be sent straight to us.

Your original cabin probably only slept 3 people and when you added a 4th person they needed to find you another cabin. No need to panic, you may not receive your cabin assignment until you get to the port.
As long as you do the online check in you don't need to panic about receiving the documents either. If you don't receive them the porters will have luggage tags at the port.

Hi! We're in the same cruise as well. Got ours about 2 weeks ago. The important thing to remember is this: you can still sail without the cruise docs! That's all that matters!
Come over and join our thread. Lots of fun people!

Do you have a reservation number? Because you can either go online and look to see if your reservation shows up or call DCL and mention you have not received your documents and that you want to simply make sure you still have a reservation. I know sometimes they wont work with anyone but the person (travel agent) who booked the reservation, but in this case you NEED to confirm and NEED to get your documents. Your travel agent NEEDS to step up to the plate in this case and answer all your questions.
