My DD18 and I were only on Disney grounds barely a half-hour (Sept 4th) when CM Carlos had already made our trip wonderful. At CSR, he special-made us a gelato dessert with Oreos and then had us wait there while he ran somewhere else and came back with a balloon for each of us!!

Several years ago I was on a mission to make Mickey Waffles at home,just like Trail's End. I had searched for the recipe, but to no avail. On one visit, Wille was busy stocking the breakfast buffet. We asked him if there was anything special in the batter. He went in back and came out with the mix they use. It is the malt in the mix that I couldn't figure out!
