There is one, in Fantasyland if I'm correct.
I do believe it's pretty much just Rapunzel though... Over at Disney World, Flynn is just out for special events.

Yes, rapunzel is out for meet and greets in her house by the Village Haus restaurant. No Flynn that we saw last time though and we checked each day (for 8 days) till we gave up and just saw Rapunzel. Great character interaction though. Our favorite of the whole trip besides Stitch at Surfs Up: )
Eta: we were there from Sep 1-8

We met both Rapunzel and Flynn just before the line closed on August 28.
