Daughter just applied? What is the next step?
My daughter just applied yesterday and she received the email saying thank you for applying, we are excited to review your application, we'll get back to you within the next few days.
Is there a timeframe for rejection after applying or is the web interview the next procedure. So she basically wants to know if everyone had to wait a few days before hearing anything. TIA.

The web interview is the next step. She should get an email asking her to complete it later today, maybe tomorrow morning at the latest. I got mine two hours after I applied
 If she passes the web interview she'll get an email shortly after asking to schedule a time for the phone interview. Tell her to try and answer all of the web interview questions with "Strongly Agree" or "Strongly Disagree" for the best shot at passing. Too many neutral answers will hurt her chances and won't let her stand out. Good luck! |

My daughter was just ACCEPTED today after a long 11 day wait!!
So proud and SO Happy for her...She was accepted into Spring Advantage in Hospitality!! Any questions, I'd be glad to help!!

She knows there is a very, very good chance of not being accepted. Will keep you posted and now will wait for a reply to her application.
