[QUOTE=DopeysGal82;43373017]When I was a child I watched a lot of Disney movies. They were available on VHS and I guess my parents turned to them because they knew it was good, appropriate entertainment for a child. Every Christmas I'd get one of two more of those large white bubbly plastic cases (raise your hand if you remember these and/or still have them).
QUOTE]

We still have some of the VHS tapes and I had to keep my fingers crossed that the Cinderella copy we had would make it until it came out of the vault as my daughter watched it over and over and over.

The princesses (which we had to introduce my hubby to) were called Bell, Rella and I Know (Aurora) for several years at our house and watching my little girl meet her favorites is a memory I will never forget.

We both have the Disney bug and are hoping Hubby catches it this time we are there, if not it will be back to girls trips with the Disney freaks that we are!

We have decorated our house in Disney.
We bought a vacation home 10 min. from WDW a year ago and it is decorated in Disney.
We get emails about our upcoming WDW vacation when we are still at WDW.
We know the parks well enough I can not remember the last time we used a park map. This includes the bathroom locations.
Our daughter made it to the Disney college program for Next Jan. thru Aug. People don't ask where we are going on vacation, now they ask, so when is your next Florida trip.
I bought a Brother sewing/embroidery machine that cost what a Disney vacation would cost just so I could embroider a 12" Mickey, 12" Pooh bear and Wall-e! and Perry. *Brother has the license agreement with Disney for the Disney designs for home use only. So I make my own embroidered Disney shirts and jackets.
I have a Disney decorated Christmas tree in my dining room. Those ornaments are from Hallmark. The Florida house has a Disney Christmas tree with ornaments from Walt Disney World.

Yes, we are Disneyfied. Kathy

I hear ya. All of our other vaction options are always referenced against a Disney vacation... from an enjoyment per dollar standpoint, and how much the kids will enjoy it.

Well, one exception is our cruise next month which is just for my wife and I and friends.

I used to TEASE my DH terribly about his Disney obsession when we first got together ()...then we had children and our FIRST family trip to WDW-What a life changing experience! Now I think I'M even more Disney-Crazy then him!!

~I have a 7 inch Tinkerbell tattoo on the back of my right calf.
~DH has a big Mickey tattoo on the back of his right calf.
~We went on our first cruise last month and booked another one while on the ship for next November!
~We ALWAYS start planning for our next trip IMMEDIATELY after returning from a trip to WDW.
~We have a dog named "Walt".
~Tons of Disney themed "stuff" throughout the house...including on the Christmas tree.
~Everyone we know that is contemplating a trip to WDW asks our advice on how to book, restaurants, plans, etc....

Yup...we are DISNEY FREAKS and PROUD of it!!

My 5 year old sees "hidden Mickey's" everywhere! Although, I think it's pretty cool! Let's see if he can do the same thing at the parks

i owned all the videos ... i saw B&B in the cinema .. Lion King i saw at the cinema a minimum of 5 times. Toy Story i saw it 3 times...

i had an operation on my colostomy and they asked what i wanted to dream about... i said disney (age 7)

i was taken to disney land resort paris at age 7 with make a wish foundation for all my struggles with my disability...

i was taken to florida 7 times before age 12...

my dad bought me my first watch as a 'man' it was mickey timepiece from florida.

i decorated my room with disney posters...

i moved out.. i bought the disney statues... at my wedidng recently micky and minnie made a guest appearence... it was amazing...

You know you're Disneyfied...

That day you start slowly researching for your DFTW.

When you feel like you "have" to go or life wouldn't be complete, even if you've been 5 times or 50 times......when you feel the Magic even when you are not there.......

OMG, that's hilarious my 7yo DS said the SAME THING when we were there a couple of weeks ago. After watching very closely the next several times we rode, lol, I could "see" it too.
