Has anyone used DVC by Resale? I've called twice and both times got voicemail. I did receive a return phone call the 1st time but have since called again and emailed with no response. Just anxious

I reached out to them too and they were very responsive and helpful, but the listing I inquired about sold before we made an offer

Yes, we used Shontell for 2 different contracts and don't have any complaints other than the first contact could sometimes take a few days. I think she may be the only person whereas most of the other main brokers have at least a couple people.

I always use Sharon with Fidelity... currently purchasing my second contract with them. She's not afraid to present any offer to the seller no matter how outraguos. And if you chum the water enough you will find a seller that bites.
