So sorry for you, your DH and all his family. There wasn't much time between diagnosis and the end. Hardly time to get your head around the enormity of it all. Praying for strength to get through this and peace that passes all understanding.

So very sorry for your loss. My grandpa died from lung cancer and those last few weeks were long and painful. May you and your DH and his family find peace, and remember the wonderful things about your MIL. Hugs and prayers.

I am so sorry for you and your husband's loss. I, too, watched my mother die way too young from lung cancer. It brought me some peace to hold her hand as she took her last breath. And while I have a good husband, son and 2 adult stepsons, I will never, ever be the same. The world is a little less brighter for me . . . and always will be.
My thoughts are with you and your family.
