I am going to the Halloween party tomorrow and even though I am an adult I am looking forward to the candy! Do adults go grab candy a lot too? Not sure if I want to be the only adult in a line of kids getting candy. Also anyone know what kind of candy is given out? Also is there any specific Halloween treats available for purchase that I should try? I've been on a diet for a while and this is my scheduled cheat night so I am a little excited

When we went two years ago there were just as many adults as kids getting candy so don't worry.

Lemme put it this way. I have to drag DH to WDW. He didn't grow up with Disney, he just doesn't "get it." We only went to MNSSHP bc of my obsession with Halloween. It became DH's mission (all 6'2, 200lbs of him) to go to ALL the TOT stations. He got a TON of candy and good stuff too! It was the highlight of his night. Somebody was handing out paper rulers but the rest was great. Not a lot of raisins, and good, name brand candy and waaay more than we could ever eat. Disney is for kids and adults - GO FOR IT!

They used to have a "top off" station just as you are leaving MK for the night. Do they still have that?? I couldn't believe you could get your bag topped off!

I've gone the last three years and haven't noticed this. They do have a station just as you leave giving out different candy though.

Same here for the top off station : none last year.
We were adults only on our trip last year and I really believe it's part of the fun : being adults and asking for candy! We went to two parties and we ended up with half a suitcase of candy. We gave many to the lovely cast member who was taking care of house keeping and who had three kids.

Getting candy has been one of my favorite parts. It's usually good stuff, except for the year they went on a healthy kick and it seemed like all we got was raisins.

Does anyone remember quite a few years back when they even gave away those "Wonder Ball" Candies? the big foil wrapped chocolate ball with the sweet tart style candies inside filled with Disney characters? I want to say it was 2002 or 2003..
I've gone the last 5 years and no top off station that I've noticed.

Was there tonight. They were handing out bananas at the Jungle Cruise station. Also, don't know if I'd call it a top off station but they had a big cart full of peeps they were passing out at the exit.

I should mention we went one of the last couple nights of MNSSHP so maybe there was a lot extra candy that year and it was just a one time thing and they were only topping off the small plastic bags they give you to trick or treat with

1. I went tonight (all adult group). When I got home I weighed my ToT bag on a postage scale and it was 24.0 ounces (that is 1½ pounds) which includes all the wrappers and the bag, but does not include what has already been eaten.
2. As a PP mentioned, they are also giving bananas. I did not get one because I have problems with Potassium levels. 3. You cannot grab your own; a CM will give you a handful or two in your bag.

I remember the "topping off" stations when we went 5 or 6 years ago. IIRC we didn't really grab much candy the night we were there though.
