Portable 3g hot spot at VWL - The DIS Discussion Forums

Currently virgin mobile has a 3G-4G hotspot on sale. It runs on sprint's 3G network and clear's 4g network. I am not expecting 4g service on property based on the maps. My questions are:

Have you used a personal hotspot at VWL?

How well did it work? What direction did your room face? Would you do it again? Which carrier?

Just trying to gage if its worth it to avoid the WDW wifi hassles?

i have used a Sprint wireless card. Only have the 3G service (via my work so I don't get to pick

)

I used it at SSR/BCV and OKW before Disney put in the useless Wifi and had no issues. I tried the useless wifi last visit because my new laptop didn't have the software downloaded. That was a DISASTER and the software is loaded to use Sprint in October.
