Best cases to buy...
Hi all, as we normally do just Europe flights and mainly take hand luggage we haven't got any good, larger bags. Could anyone recommend any. We quite like the holdall type but want it with wheels. We also need it to be fairly light so as not to take up too much valuable kg's for all the goodies, and also not too expensive as we won't be using them very much.
Thanks, Cath

We had our last ones from Debenhams, I think they are the Trip range, good quailty & there is a sale on atm! Antler are also very good, but a bit expensive if you might not use them much x

Last couple of trips we have used the Gelert Expidition Bags from Go Outdoors. Big red duffles that also have rucksack carrying straps. Lots of space, tough and reasonably light. If you are strapped for space in the closet the fold up reasonably small as well. No wheels though! If that realy bothers you get one of the Samsonite folding trollys, I have one but never bother with it now.

If you got one near you try Tk Maxx.I had a large Animal sports suitcase for £10.It's large and light and plenty of room in there for loads of clothes and goodies.

I've heard that the Sub-Zero ones are supposed to be good. We have some from a hundred years ago - think we bought them in Woolworths and they are still going strong!

I got an Antler holdall from Argos last time I bought one. They have a solid base, and a pull out handle which is useful. Good quality and good zips too (we had a cheap holdall where the zip went once).
Argos have one that is reduced by £10 at the moment to £40.

HI we bought Sub Zero suitcases they are ultra light and have lasted well Argos sometimes have them on offer as does Matalan. We have found them to be strong and bought back loads of shopping and still did not meet our weight quota.
